T&Cs: The Sonnet is subject to a 100-year licence and cannot be used as a residential home. An annual service fee from £10,000 plus VAT applies and electricity costs are billed quarterly.You will also need to take out home insurance on your Residence.

Research by Visit Britain showed that inbound tourism grew by 1.7% in 2019 with spending increasing by 9.1% to £25.0bn. Forecasts for 2020 predict visitor growth of 2.9% and spend by 6.6%.
