Can I finance my Holiday Home?
Yes. We work with a range of trusted finance partners covering holiday home lending, commercial mortgages, equity release and remortgaging. Whatever route suits you best, we have someone who can help.

How much deposit will I need to pay?
A £10,000 refundable deposit is required.

What additional costs are involved after I have bought my Holiday Home?
Ongoing costs include an annual service charge, utilities and insurance. Your sales advisor will be able to guide you on the specific costs for the residence you’re looking to purchase.

If I buy a Holiday Home can I live in it?
No, the holiday home cannot be your primary residence. You must provide proof of a separate primary address annually.

Is my Holiday Home just for leisure?
Yes, it is intended as a lifestyle property for leisure use.

Can I choose my plot?
Yes, you can select your plot, subject to availability at the time of reservation.

Can I upgrade my Holiday Home in the future?
Yes, upgrades are possible through Luxury Lodge Developments Limited.

Will I own the land?
While the land itself is not owned, your holiday home benefits from a long-term lease or licence agreement of between 100 and 950 years, depending on the resort and lodge. This provides long-term security and peace of mind, with full details shared on enquiry.

What is included in the price of the Holiday Home?
The price includes a fully furnished home with entertainment systems, crockery and bedding, a turnkey solution.

Do I pay stamp duty or council tax on my Holiday Home?
This varies from lodge to lodge. Your sales advisor will confirm the position for the specific residence you’re enquiring about.

What services are connected to the Holiday Home?
Most homes are connected to electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi and terrestrial/digital TV, with satellite dishes for Sky TV permitted. Services can vary from lodge to lodge, so please check with your sales advisor on enquiry.

What are the annual plot licence fees?
The annual service charge starts from £5,500 plus VAT.

Is my Holiday Home covered by warranty?
Yes, the structure is covered by a 10-year structural warranty.

How long can my holiday home stay on the resort?
Each holiday home is secured on a long-term agreement ranging from 100 to 950 years, depending on the individual resort and lodge. Ownership is held under either a lease or a licence, with full details available on enquiry.

What happens if I want to sell my Holiday Home?
We’re here to support you through the resale process. Our team will guide you through the steps and terms involved, with full details provided on request.

Are the resorts family-friendly?
Yes. All our amenities are family-friendly, and during school holidays we run a programme of activities for children to enjoy.
