The price includes a fully furnished home with entertainment systems, crockery, and bedding—a turnkey solution.

No, there is no stamp duty or council tax applicable.

Each home is connected to electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and terrestrial/digital TV. Satellite dishes for Sky TV are permitted.
