About Dylan Thomas
Our history
Our resort takes its name from the renowned poet and writer, Dylan Thomas, who spent much of his life in Laugharne. He penned some of his most famous works at the legendary Boathouse overlooking the estuary. It's easy to see how the same views that can be enjoyed from our resort were an inspiration to Wales' most famous son, and the whole area is shrouded in an enchanting, almost mystical, beauty.
