Hassle-free luxury living
The Luxury Lodges Residences are fully managed and operated by Seasons Holidays PLC. All the direct costs associated with the Residences are covered in a hassle-free service charge which includes:
- Management fees
- Common area insurances
- Reception and cleaning services for the residents
- Common area technical maintenance
- Common area landscaping
- Use of all the facilities for up to six guests
- Removal of waste
- Gated community maintenance
- Number plate recognition
- Super-fast WiFi
Annual services fees start from £5,500 plus VAT. The cost can be spread over 12 months on direct debit.
Other costs to consider
All utilities are charged separately on a smart meter. It is also your responsibility to take out home insurance and manage the ongoing maintenance of your Residence.
